1. Who gets paid or rewarded?
Any registered member who completes a survey will receive that survey's allocated 'Power Points'. Once you have earned 1,000 (£10), 2,000(£20) or 5,000 (£50) Power Points, you can request to redeem your points for (online/high street) vouchers, from a selection of the UK's biggest retailers.
2. How do I become a member?
It’s very simple. All you need to do is be a UK resident, click on “Register” and enter your details. You will receive a welcome email once you have registered confirming that we have received your information. After that, you're ready to go.
3. How many rewards can I earn?
Depending on the length, you can earn anything from 15p to £500 per survey. Focus group incentives start from £25 and also include prize draws.
4. How do I qualify for more surveys?
Power of Opinions strongly recommends that you enter all your data accurately and provide us with as many details as possible about yourself. This will help us understand what surveys you qualify for as each survey is matched according to your interests.
5. What are Power Points?
Power Points are the number of points you earn when you complete a unique Power of Opinions survey. The number of Power Points will vary from survey to survey. One point is equivalent to 1p.
6. How can I update my profile?
It’s very simple. All you need to do is click on the 'log in' button and enter your username and password. Once you've done this, you will be connected to your account and given the option to change your details.
7. Why do I need to update my details?
It is important to update all your details if they change. This is because we send out vouchers and rewards to the name and address that you have on your account when you registered. It is also important to update any other details that have changed so we can better understand what surveys you qualify for and are interested in.
8. Can I unsubscribe and how?
You can unsubscribe at any point. All you need to do is click on the “contact us” facility and then select the unsubscribe option. You will then be asked to provide the email address that you want to unsubscribe. Just ensure that this email is the same one you registered with.
9. Will you share my details with anyone? Are you GDPR ready compliant?
All your information is strictly confidential and will not be shared outside our agreement. It will only be used by Power of Opinions for the research surveys that you sign up for and will not be shared with a third party. We are compliant with GDPR regulation; as part of this implementation - you now have the right to ask for a copy of the records on information we hold about you; this is free of charge and it take up to 10 days to be processed.

10. Do I pay to join?
You will never be asked to pay anything to be a member of Power of Opinions.
11. How can I view my earned Points?
Your points total is always in the Points & Rewards section on the top of the page after you log in.
12. My redemption has recently been rejected. What can I do about it?
Voucher and Paypal redemptions are usually rejected to those have not proven their UK residency. Please provide an address and of course a valid postcode.
With Paypal redemptions, you must make sure that your Power Of Opinions account matches the Paypal account. Further information is in the Points & Rewards section.
You will need to allow e-cheques payments as well. To uncheck ‘block e-cheques option’ and to try to configure PayPal to allow eCheck payments: Profile – My selling tools (on left) – Block Payment (in ‘Getting paid and managing my risk’) – Block eChecks. As above, this option only seems to be available to some accounts – Change to allow eChecks.
